CHINESE REFLEXOLOGY& QI ENERGY TOUR ITINERARY

May 26 - June 14 2008


The Great Wall - BEIJING
Day 1 Depart Melbourne arrive Beijing evening.
Day 2 Late morning - Visit the magnificent Forbidden City. Not only view the splendor, but also feel the Qi there. Optional tour - Luxurious Ladies Day spa. A separate fee is payable on the day. Jing will provide a treatment/price list beforehand.
Day 3 Morning - Visit the China Reflexology Association for lectures and discussions. Afternoon - Experience tranquility and Qi at the Summer Palace on Kunming Lake – another world!
Day 4 Most of the day - Reflexology workshop at CRA training centre in suburban Beijing, situated in the Ming Tomb district. A Chinese Reflexologist will work with each of you “one on one”. Lunch will be provided on the premises.
Late Afternoon - Cloisonné enamel Factory – beautiful & traditional craftsmanship – many things to buy here. Then its back to busy Beijing.
Day 5 Morning - CRA training base for more Reflexology “hands on”. Late afternoon – Walk through the traditional “Hutong” streets of “old” Beijing. Evening – Wonderful Chinese concert.
Day 6 Morning - Great Wall of China – you’ll have plenty of time to absorb this marvelous “wonder of the world” – comfy shoes & your camera are an absolute must! Afternoon – enjoy a leisurely walk along the Ming Tomb area – very serene & peaceful – traditional feng shui landscaping & statues – so beautiful! Evening - Jings concert – meet the lovely choir! Overnight - fast train to Xian – very comfy!
Day 7 Morning - Arrive Xian. Check in hotel for breakfast and rest till lunch time.
Afternoon – Visit Massage training school to personally experience Chinese foot & back massage treatment.
Day 8 Terracotta Warriors today. Evening –Theatre Tang Dynasty Dance Concert.
Day 9 Most of Day - Sightseeing in Xian, Lots to see. Great shopping. Late evening - train to Chongqing.
Day 10 Mid Morning - Arrive in Chongqing .Check in hotel and general sightseeing in the city right on the Yangtze riverside. A major metropolis, built on sheer rock at the confluence of two rivers. Evening - Walk along the main streets & see some Chinese night life.
Day 11 Morning - Board the cruise ship after breakfast around 8:30am to start the 2 ½ day river cruise. Wondrous scenery floats by as you relax and absorb the Qi. Stopping at many major sights.
Day 12 All on Board- time out to relax those feet !
Day 13 Arrive at destination Yichang - disembark approx 10am. Ready for a 4 hr bus journey to Wuhan. Free time when we arrive in Wuhan. Dinner at hotel.
Day 14 Morning - Qigong class before breakfast. The two morning Qigong classes will be taught by Master Chen -39th generation of Wild Goose style Qigong in China. A simple yet powerful style so you can practice at home, increasing your Qi. Which also increases the healing energy of your therapy ! Very powerful ! General sightseeing in Wuhan, Late afternoon - foot massage treatment at local health centre.
Day 15 Morning Qigong class today.
Day 16 Late morning - flight to Shanghai. Arrive Shanghai. Afternoon – scenic walk around “the Bund” in this fast paced westernised City.
Day 17 All day - Professional class at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Day 18 Day 18 - Morning – Shanghai Univ.TCM - & also spend the afternoon at the TCM museum – great !
Evening – “Amazing” Shanghai Acrobatic show.
Day 19 Morning - last day sightseeing at “Old Shanghai” more shopping! Late afternoon flight home to Australia.
